B140XTN02.B is a Color Active Matrix Liquid Crystal Display composed of a TFT LCD panel, a driver circuit, and LED backlight system. The screen format is intended to support the 16:9 HD, 1366(H) x768(V) screen and 262k colors (RGB 6-bits data driver) with LED backlight driving circuit. All input signals are eDP (Embedded DisplayPort) interface compatible. B140XTN02.B is designed for a display unit of notebook style personal computer and industrial machine.

The AUO B140XTN02.B is a 14.0″ a-Si TFT-LCD panel designed for use in laptop computers. It has a resolution of 1366(RGB)×768, which corresponds to WXGA and a pixel density of 112PPI. The panel has a vertical stripe RGB pixel configuration and a slim form factor with a PCBA thickness of less than 3.2mm.
The display area of the panel measures 309.399(W)×173.952(H) mm and has an outline size of 320.4(W)×205.1(H) ×3.2(D) mm. The surface of the panel is treated with a glare finish that has a haze rating of 0%, and a 3H hard coating that provides additional durability and scratch resistance.
