The AUO A080XTN01.5 is an 8.0-inch TFT-LCD panel with a resolution of 1024×768 pixels and a pixel format of RGB vertical strip. It has an active area of 162.048(W)×121.536(H) mm and an outline size of 183(W)×141(H) mm. The panel has a matte, hard coating (3H) surface and a brightness of 300 cd/m². The contrast ratio is 700:1 and the viewing angle is 70/70/65/65 (Typ.)(CR≥10). The response time is 20/20 (Typ.)(Tr/Td) ms.

The panel uses AHVA technology and is normally black and transmissive. It can display up to 16.7 million colors and has a 50% NTSC color gamut. The backlight is a 3S9P WLED with a lifespan of 15K hours and does not require a driver. The refresh rate is 60Hz and there is no touch screen feature.
